Would you like to influence CERT's direction and impact on the community? Are you looking for other ways to help your neighbors? CERT has several committees and other activities you can participate in, bringing your opinions, beliefs, and skills to help shape 2023. Sign up to participate.

Are you active on TikTok, Insta, NextDoor, Facebook, etc?  We want to increase the power of Campbell CERT's presence on these platforms.  If you are passionate about making disaster prep look cool, this is your ideal outlet!

Estimated time commitment: an hour per week (weekdays- after hours ok)

Help us get a handle on existing equipment, and take point on figuring out what we should be adding.  

Estimated time commitment: an hour every other month, a few more initially (weekends ok, flexible)

The Training in a Box committee will build a set of 15-30 minute CERT related activities that Neighborhood CERTs can use to practice skills and knowledge at meetings or social gatherings. We will also plan fun preparedness projects for kids to do while their parents are meeting.

Estimated time commitment: 1-3 hours per month through June, then done (weekends or after hours ok, all online ok)

Brainstorm and present ideas for inclusive, fun events for members to attend to build a stronger sense of community.

Estimated time commitment: a few hours every other month (After hours ok, some weekends, flexible)

Brainstorm and present ideas to attract younger members, people of color, and businesses.

Estimated time commitment: a few hours per quarter, more initially (After hours ok, weekdays or weekends flexible)

Love numbers?  Be an integral part of creating the official Campbell CERT budget, working alongside our Treasurer Andrew.  

Estimated time commitment: A few hours every month through June, then nothing (weekends ok, flexible)

Let your neighbors know who to come to in an emergency. Show your CERT pride. Let us know if you would like a sign--when they come in, we'll let you know.
