Tell your neighbors about the five day CERT Academy coming to us in August. That's right, I said FIVE days! Four in-person 6:00-9:00 pm then 8:30-1:00 pm for skills and graduation. All just a short drive away in Saratoga, too. If you know someone who has been toying with the idea of joining CERT this might be the right fit- share this link with them.

Join the cool kids on the first Wednesday this month by the main entrance at the incredible new Campbell Library. This month's class is for YOU whether you are interested in joining the Countywide CERT Exercise team for the September drill, or you just haven't done LSAR in awhile and want to brush up. All skill and ability levels welcome, let's practice like we are going to play and figure out what each of our strengths are. Please bring CERT backpack, headlamp/flashlight, and water for yourself. Knee pads optional.

Each Campbell neighborhood
These monthly checks are organized at the neighborhood level to iron out communications protocol in the event of an activation. Contact your team lead to help start this up if it isn’t currently happening. It takes a village.

Countywide CERT Exercise

It's almost time for Campbell to get a team together for the annual Countywide Exercise! This year teams will be given a scenario and then be sent out to respond to the disaster using their tools and quick wits—and each other. If you are toying with the idea of joining the team and are available September 12, text Ash at 408-821-8398 to get updates!

Volunteers are needed for the Oktoberfest Medical Tent. Bring your CERT Vest, and CERT Radio. Some shifts require First-aid/CPR/AED Certified CERTs.
Parking will be difficult to find so please allow extra time.
